Pre order UK S24 ultra

Guys I'm sure that I read that I would get a £50 samsung store/shop discount with the pre order. Anyone else see this, if so how do I obtain it .

It was £30, but it had to be claimed by the 15th of February. The promotion was for the Galaxy Store app, not the online shop.

Yes indeed there was a £50 off code on a Pre order if a person showed their interest in one of the new Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Series of phone's before the Samsung Unpacked Event by filling out a specific registration form. 

This was sent then in an email by Samsung which gave a code a person used at the checkout stage when Pre Ordering their phone.

Sorry those above saying £30. I think you are confusing the £50 pre order discount with £30 Samsung Store Credit.

To get the £50 promotional discount, you had to register during the pre-order so before Unpacked, Samsung would have sent a code and you needed to add this in the Vouchers section during order.

You can try asking Samsung Customer Services to see if they may offer you a subsequent store credit but I don't rate your chances sorry.

Yeah, that's right. I had got an Samsung invite by email prior to the pre order of the S24ultra launch day but I didn't need to upgrade just yet. It was for the £50 discount like @Band of brothers mentioned in his reply.
